6 and under (3 years old to 6 years old) - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

12 and under (7 years old to 12 years old) - 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

If you attend all 8 sessions, your athlete will learn:

- Sideline Cheers

- Tumbling Skills

- Sideline Dance

- Stunting Skills

- Teambuilding Games and Activities

- Conditioning and Stretching Techniques

Come ready to work and have a ton of fun!

 - Please wear athletic clothing and sneakers

- Hair must be pulled up and out of your athlete's eyes

- No jewelry of any kind may be worn, including stud earrings

- Don't forget to bring a water bottle
